We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for peak season dates (spring and fall), and 2–3 weeks for off-peak dates. That said, reach out anytime — we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Our standard setup requires approximately a 10×10 foot space and access to a standard electrical outlet. We'll confirm exact requirements once we know your venue layout.

Absolutely! We offer full customization on backdrops, print overlays, and digital templates. Just let us know your theme, colors, and any logos or text you'd like included.

We serve events within a [X]-mile radius with no travel fee. Beyond that, a small mileage fee may apply. Contact us with your venue location for an accurate quote.

Yes! Outdoor setups are possible with advance notice so we can bring the appropriate equipment. We require a covered or shaded area and access to power. Weather backup plans are also recommended.
